Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the website gyfto.net (the "Website") and the purchase of digital gift cards and similar digital vouchers through the Website. By using the Website or completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.

1. Company Details

The Website is operated by ARTEMIX LIMITED, a company incorporated in IRELAND with registration number 758562, having its registered office at:

36-42 Donnybrook Road, Donnybrook House, D04 E6X0 Dublin, Ireland.

2. Definitions

  • Digital Gift Card: a digital voucher, code or balance delivered electronically and issued by an independent third-party merchant.
  • Customer / You: a natural person acting for private, non-commercial purposes.
  • Merchant: the third-party brand or issuer responsible for redemption and acceptance of the Digital Gift Card.

3. Our Role

3.1 We act exclusively as a reseller and distributor of Digital Gift Cards. We do not issue, administer or control the underlying products or services offered by Merchants.

3.2 All conditions relating to redemption, usage, remaining balance, expiry, territorial restrictions and compatibility are set by the relevant Merchant.

3.3 We do not guarantee that any Merchant will continue to accept or support a Digital Gift Card after delivery.

4. Eligibility and Orders

4.1 You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to place an order.

4.2 A binding contract is formed once your payment has been successfully authorised and accepted.

4.3 We may decline, suspend or cancel an order where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, misuse, technical error or pricing inaccuracy.

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1 Prices, applicable taxes and any service-related charges are clearly displayed before you confirm your order.

5.2 You must use a payment method that you are authorised to use and that is registered in your own name.

5.3 For security purposes, transactions may be subject to automated or manual verification checks.

6. Digital Delivery

6.1 Digital Gift Cards are delivered electronically, usually immediately following successful payment.

6.2 Delivery may take place via email, on-screen display, or within your order history.

6.3 If incorrect contact details are provided by you and delivery is completed accordingly, we are not obliged to reissue the Digital Gift Card.

6.4 If your payment method contains a pre-set email address, delivery may default to that address.

7. Fulfilment and Records

To ensure transaction integrity and to comply with the requirements of our payment partners and card schemes, we may collect, retain and securely store information relating to the fulfilment of Digital Gift Cards. This includes, where applicable, details such as the order timestamp, payment confirmation and transaction identifiers, device and browser metadata, IP address used at checkout, delivery timestamp, and confirmation that the Digital Gift Card was generated and successfully displayed or transmitted.

Where technically available, we may also retain records demonstrating access to the delivered Digital Gift Card. Such information may be disclosed to payment processors, acquirers or card issuers strictly for the purposes of fraud prevention, security monitoring and chargeback resolution.

8. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for verifying all order details prior to purchase and for keeping delivered Digital Gift Cards secure. Any loss, misuse or unauthorised use of a delivered code is your responsibility.

9. Validity and Redemption

9.1 Digital Gift Cards may be subject to expiry dates or usage limits imposed by the Merchant.

9.2 Once delivery is completed, we have no influence over Merchant systems, redemption processes or service availability.

9.3 We are not liable for issues arising from Merchant changes, regional restrictions or platform outages.

10. Digital Content and Withdrawal Rights

By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you thereby waive your statutory right of withdrawal, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium.

11. Refund Policy

Refunds are only granted where required by law or where delivery fails due to a technical error attributable to us. Refunds are not available for successfully delivered Digital Gift Cards.

12. Disputes

If a transaction is disputed, we may provide relevant transaction and delivery records to the applicable payment provider or bank as part of the review process. Repeated or abusive dispute activity may result in restricted access to the Website.

We reserve the right to challenge any disputed transaction and to provide all relevant fulfilment and transaction evidence to the issuing bank.

Submission of fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension, restriction of access, and recovery of associated costs where permitted by law.

13. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use the Website to engage in fraud, commercial resale, circumvention of restrictions, or any unlawful activity.

14. Security Measures

We apply technical and organisational safeguards to protect the Website and transactions against unauthorised access and misuse.

We may apply automated fraud screening, risk assessment tools and verification procedures. Transactions may be delayed, declined or cancelled where necessary to prevent fraud, financial crime or unauthorised use.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected Digital Gift Card. We do not accept liability for indirect or consequential losses.

16. Events Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including network outages or third-party service disruptions.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. EEA consumers retain any mandatory consumer protections under their local laws.
